Well I finally got a new car. I was going to keep it a secret and just start driving it, but… I am too excited.

It’s a 1991 mini ERA. It is currently on it’s way from Japan thanks to the help of a couple of people from work. Check out JDM Authority. So in July I should be driving something other then the Sentra! 🙂

    Cool,

how does the car seat fit?

  5. Jeremy Says:

It’s on it’s way from Japan and wont be here till mid-late July, but no problem. Baby seats will totally fit! 🙂

nice ride. tip to you, take it easy on the tranny, thought i am sure you have done enough research on the ERA’s to know. Yes a baby seat would ‘fit’ but beware the belts in the rear of a mini are weird and shanty… i know, i own one.

It will arrive next month, yay. ERA’s and Metro’s didnt have noted transmission issues, it will be fine.

Well in that case i regret not getting the one I almost did. But all my research and forum browsing has informed me otherwise. Either way, you’ll have one FAST mini (unlike mine… very jealous) and you will love every second of it!

Thanks, I am sure it will be a great car when it gets here and like most if you don’t take care of it and give it a little respect it’s not going to last.

If you ever come to town to see Keith you can come for a ride. Once it arrives that is. 🙂
