Valentines – Day 10

Author: Jeremy Teeuwsen

We seek them here, we seek them there,

Those Frenchies seek them everywhere.

Are they fruit? Are they flowers?

Those damned, elusive ….(what is it???)

Love,

Your Scarlet Pimpernel

Gift and Reaction: that is a quote from a movie that my wife loves and I detest, but what are you going to do.  I bought a dozen chocolate dipped apples and strawberries from Edible Arrangements.  She barely took one out of the box before the boys and I were in it.  Her reaction was “Hey that is my Valentine’s Day present.”  To which we responded with …. mmmm hm mm mmm.

Valentines – Day 8

Author: Jeremy Teeuwsen

Does he love me I want to know
How can I tell if he loves me so
Is it in his eyes ?
Oh no ! You’ll be deceived
Is it in his sighs ?
Oh no ! He’ll make believe
If you want to know if he loves you so
It’s in his kiss
That’s where it is

Is it in his face ?
Oh no ! That’s just his charms
In his warm embrace ?
Oh no ! That’s just his arms
If you want to know if he loves you so
It’s in his kiss
That’s where it is
It’s in his kiss
That’s where it is

Kiss him and squeeze him tight
Find out what you want to know
If it’s love, if it really is
It’s there in his kiss

How about the way he acts
Oh no ! That’s not the way
And you’re not list’nin’ to all I say
If you wanna know if he loves you so
It’s in his kiss
That’s where it is
It’s in his kiss
That’s where it is

Kiss him and squeeze him tight
Find out what you want to know
If it’s love, if it really is
It’s there in his kiss

How about the way he acts
Oh no ! That’s not the way
And you’re not listnin’ to all I say
If you wanna know if he loves you so
It’s in his kiss
That’s where it is

It’s in his kiss
That’s where it is

Love,

Your huggable and kissable husband.

Gift/Reaction: Well it wasn’t real kisses, but chocolate hugs and kisses.  The boys were excited and I have a feeling ate more than she first realized. 🙂
