“Congratulations! On behalf of the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research (FGSR) and the MBA Admission Committee, we are pleased to inform you that you have been admitted into the September 2007 MBA Program.”

Well March is quickly slipping away. Judah did however turn one and as usual he has too many toys. I told a guy at work that I was just gong to sell them on ebay. He said I was a bad father, but what does he know he doesn’t have any kids. 🙂

Well this weekend I am off on a little business trip and so is Dan for that matter. He found out yesterday that today he flys to Europe…

Yesterday we did a little ice fishing with Dan’s company. Well the company he works for that is. In order to get to the ice fishing location we were required to navigate a large ice racing track. About halfway around the track was covered in water, but seeing as we were are the adventurous sort we went for it. Not to mention Dan was yelling “Come on even DJ could do it in his Shadow!” So we took control and I would say the Altima would make a very nice ice racing vehicle. It handles quite well. Maybe next year I will start ice racing with guys at the office. Here is a shot of Judah fishing.

Last weekend we finally got to do a little ice climbing out at Frontier Lodge. Lots of fun and if you haven’t you definitely should. Here is a couple of shots.

They say Judah’s wild side comes from me…

I think it comes from his mom …

I know the holidays have been long over, but here are a few pictures of Judah’s first Christmas and New Years.

To start it all off I wouldn’t say Judah is such a big fan of Santa.

He did enjoy the snow.

He also made his first snow angel.

Had a chance to go swimming with his friend Liam.

Opened his first Christmas present.

By himself.

Not to mention he is definitely a big partier, just like his mom. 🙂

I know it has been slow coming, but I have finally put up some pictures of the Radio Africa Project trip. It was a lot of hard work, but also a lot of fun. The highlights were:

Putting up the Tower and Antenna.

Just receiving the antennae in time was a Miracle. It was suppose to be locked away in customs for up to six weeks and we got it within 24 hours of it landing in Conakry.

Swimming in the Ocean and teaching our driver Michelle how to swim. He may have only swam about 2 feet, but he was so excited that he might as well of just swam 2000 feet.

Training the people that were going to run the radio station was also an interesting experience. They were very bright, but had little hands-on experience. The main tech had a degree in Radio Technology, which was a five year program in which he did not touch a single piece of equipment. Everything was on paper.

The country was amazing, the people that I traveled with and visited were great, it is always good to know that the project was a success. I put a whole bunch more pictures in the Radio Africa Gallery. Radio Africa Pictures
